I was once a student athlete. I understand the desire to play as well or better than the other kids. I suffered my share of injuries on and off the field. Looking back, I could have performed much better had I been given the knowledge to train better and smarter. I also would have sidestepped a few injuries as I got older had I been exposed to better fitness and training education earlier on.
I am offering discounted training advice and sessions to student athletes who wish to approach their sport(s) with stronger, faster, more flexible and agile bodies. Playing doesn’t and shouldn’t end when you graduate. You don’t have to play on a team in college or professionally to remain an athlete. You do however need to keep your body well conditioned and know how to train smart as you get older and continue to play your sports.
Even if you are not currently playing a sport but wish to try out for one in the future, consider training. I do require proof that you are currently enrolled as a student in middle/high school or college. Always remember, your mind & body are the most important assets that you will ever have.
