The new mind-set
brings the new body

It’s time to look in the mirror again. Take a good look at the person looking back at you. He or she has a little secret, but it won’t be secret for long. The discovery of new found strength and balance is always fun, and with it comes an unbelievable feeling of freedom. Add to this your increased cardiovascular endurance and now it’s just 4th grade recess! We have fun with bands and stability balls, jumping, skipping, kicking, spinning…the list goes on and on. Phase II will introduce you and your body to fun and challenging exercises designed precisely to fit your personal fitness goals. Everyone is always amazed, sometimes even shocked, at what they can do in an hour as opposed to what they were getting done in the same hour when we started. Phase II is the beginning of a whole new physical experience. What took 90 minutes in phase I now takes 45 minutes and you will be ready and able for more. This is a time to try new exercises and allow yourself to trust your muscles, like you never would have before to carry you through. You will make room in your daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for your exercise and proper diet. Daily exercises will become part of your life.
