Here you are. Posture perfect. Muscles rippling all over your body. Sure footed, well balanced, healthy and knowledgeable about your nutrition and fitness. You feel like you can try anything and do well. Phase III is extreme fitness. You will accomplish more in one hour with me than most people do all week at the gym. Everything you do will be learned so that you can take it with you anywhere and everywhere you go for the rest of your life. You will attain all of your goals and probably have some new ones that you never imagined. Physical Fitness is now a lifestyle. You don’t just make an appointment with yourself. Now you make your appointments around your fitness lifestyle. You and your body look forward to good foods and exercise. You are now in the best shape of your life.
