LIFE AFTER PHASE III Your lifetime Many people have continued to train with me for years. I have always supported either decision to continue with me or not. I use a trainer. Professional athletes use trainers. You will never achieve the same high intensity workout on your own as you do with your personal trainer. This doesn't mean that you need one. After completing Phase III you have the knowledge to train on your own for the rest of your life. I will always be here if you need some tips or want to learn some new exercises. I am always learning new things myself and I am happy to be your resource. Often times people have jobs and family and life that make it hard to keep focused on extreme fitness and that is why you may like to continue weekly or even have a monthly tune-up. Whatever your choice may be, I will always be proud to know that when others see your workout habits, technique, and intensity that you will be representing yourself and me well! |
